The machines of the company SMS Spinnler are developed in building groups. These can be built in the different machine concepts modular like a building block principle. For example, the module "Servopresse" can be inserted as a single place version (WPA), as a presses module in 3-axes robot (CNA) or in an automatic transfer machine (LNA).
Naturally there is also possible to insert this module (on buying separately) in your existing application.

Fundamentally the SMS Spinnler Company within the range machines has 4, different machine concepts:
- Workstation (single workplace) - Assembly machine (1-Station) - Linear transfer unit (1 to 3 stations/ cell) - Round clock plant (2 to 12 stations)
Each of these installation types have in certain applications their respectively known advantages. The structure of the plants is in such a way conceived that different technologies (e.g. presses) can be modular integrated.
There are applications again and again, which special requirements place at a plant/a machine. These can be fulfilled with standard concepts not at full extent and it need a special solution for it. We have designed some of these machines during the last years and have built. Partly these are based on basic drafts or were developed entirely a new. Owing to our experience for many years in the building of special purpose machines (construction, mechanical engineering, controller design, software) we can offer the optimal customized solution to you.
